Understanding Resilience in key

This course will help you understand what being resilient means. You will understand that it is a capacity that you can grow and develop through everyday practices. If we view a person as having multiple facets to their lives, how can they build up their ability to cope in each of those areas. You will learn how to look after yourself better, how to manage your emotional wellbeing, how to interact better with others around you and how to move yourself forward in the new situation they find themselves in.

About Jane

I provide coaching and mentoring to business leaders at all levels. The focus is on improving their skills in leadership from both a tactical and behavioural level so that they can support themselves and their teams to perform at a higher level. Specifically, emotional intelligence and resilience skills are addressed with psychometic assessements and 360s delivered to gather data for leaders to focus on relevant skills.

I also work with teams to help them define their purpose, their methods of working, execution and collaboration. Gathering data from the team members to assess their current status, I work with them to devise specific projects and goals to allow them to improve their collaboration methodologies and achieve higher performance.
