1. What am I good at?

2. What would I love to teach?

3. Who do I want to help?

4. What do they need or want?

5. What transformation would happen if I was to
give them this information?

6. Would they be willing to pay for that?

When we focus on the customer and what they need and want we tend to create much more sellable products.

The most powerful way to create a compelling course is to be really clear on WHO you want to help. Then you can think through what challenges they have and how you can help them.
